Police still searching for the man whose been exposing himself at the PSC library

Pensacola State College police are looking for a man who's been performing lewd acts in front of female students at the library.

Now campus police are ramping up security.

The library at Pensacola State College is a place where you find college students trying to find a quiet place to study.

You'd never expect to find a man doing obscene things in front of women. Three incidents in just a week.

Police say, a man has been creeping through the book cases and coming up to women studying at the library.

The students say the man has been performing lewd acts in front of them.  "Why would that happen at a college campus.to do that thing," says Alyson Seiwert, a student at PSC.

Like all students on campus, she received an e-mail from the University warning her about this man. But she's still at the library with a friend, studying for a test. She's not worried.
"I was a little scared I'd see something happening but I think the way security is....what can happen."

Until the perpetrator is caught, campus police have amped up security at the library.

Anyone studying may notice an officer at the entrance and others walking around keeping a watchful eye.

Police are also monitoring footage from security cameras inside the building.
"A good number of those people have been dedicated...... in preventive mode," says Hank Shirah, Chief of Police.

Police feel like they have a handle on the investigation, but they're asking students to be careful. They describe the suspect as a white male, between 18 and 25 years old, medium build with dark hair.
