Pensacola woman sentenced for DUI Manslaughter

PENSACOLA   --  A Pensacola woman will spend the next 24 years in prison for a drunken accident that killed two people.

Kimberly Rodrigues was found guilty of two counts of DUI manslaughter in August.
In October of 2011 she rear ended a cargo van on Interstate 10 near the Pine Forest exit in Pensacola.
An SUV behind those two vehicles swerved to avoid hitting them and flipped several times.
Two people in that SUV were killed.
Rodrigues' blood alcohol content was over twice the legal limit.
