Autopsy results released from murder posted on Facebook

FLORIDA -- Autopsy results suggest a Florida man who posted a picture of his dead wife on Facebook may have shot her several times at point-blank range.
In august -- Derek Medina announced on Facebook that he had just killed his wife, Jennifer Alfonso.
He even shared a photograph of her corpse. Medina later told police he had acted in self-defense, after the couple got into a violent argument.
But the autopsy report indicates Alfonso was shot in her left forearm -- suggesting she was on her knees with her arms up -- trying to protect herself.
Medina has Medical examiners say they removed seven bullets and two bullet fragments from Alfonso's body. Medina pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder charges.
