Governor wants to cut 2014 budget

FLORIDA  --  Florida Governor Rick Scott says he wants to cut the state budget next year.
He wants to cut 100-million dollars from the budget in 2014
Scott has already said he will use an expected budget surplus to cut taxes and fees by 500-million.

But now he's vowing to block borrowing money for new roads and school buildings unless there are specific reason for the project.
Florida's overall budget this year is about 74-billion dollars.
State legistlators will pass a new budget in the spring.
