Weekend full of rough weather across US
It's been a wild weekend of weather for several parts of US. A flash flood emergency is underway parts of Kentucky. Severe flooding drenched parts of Louisville overnight and early Sunday morning. Roads are closed and rescue crews had to use boats to help some residents get to higher ground. And the bad news continues -- the area could see up to other 3-inches of rain today.
Meanwhile, people in South Dakota are digging out after a powerful winter storm this weekend. This is what it looked like in wall, South Dakota -- about 50 miles east of Rapid City. Heavy snow -- combined with howling winds made it nearly impossible to see. More than 30 inches of snow reportedly fell in Rapid City.
And people in Wayne, Nebraska are picking up the pieces after a tornado hit. The EF-3 tornado ripped through the town on Friday -- demolishing several buildings and injuring at least 15 people.
