Jersey Shore Boardwalk fire being called "suspicious"

NEW JERSEY   --  The massive fire that destroyed part of an iconic Jersey Shore Boardwalk in two towns is now considered "suspicious".

"It's piles of rubble, it's piles of just charr, and debris, caved in buildings, no walls, no roofs, it just looks like a bomb went off"

Fire officials are now combing through the smoldering rubble to determine the cause of the blaze.

The fire is 95 % contained.
But it could take days to extinguish "hot pockets" at the scene.
The flames consumed about 30-businesses.

Quick-thinking firefighters removed part of the boardwalk, stopping the spread of the fire.

"I really feel like I'm going to throw up. how much more are people expected to take. and it's an emotional toll."

The fire has caused at least two million dollars in damage.
It's a blow for many business owners, who had worked tirelessly, for months, to rebuild and re-open after Superstorm Sandy devastated the Jersey Shore 10 months ago.
