ESCAMBIA COUNTY   --  ECAT drivers and employees say they will strike next month if their labor disputes are not settled by then.

Union workers with ECAT have been working under an expired contract since 2010.

The union has been trying to negotiate a new contract with the company that now manages ECAT since last year.
