Florida protester changes
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement wants some changes made in the wake of the "Dream Defenders" sit-in this summer.
The group of protesters spent 31 consecutive days at the Capitol.
They cost FDLE about 500,000 dollar because of security.
In the future the department wants to prohibit any "unauthorized" person from staying in the Capitol over night.
To go into effect, the governor, Speaker of the House and senate president must meet with the State Fire Marshal and grant their approval in writing.
