Teen birth rate down in United States

Birth rate for teenagers has hit a record low in the U.S.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention there were about 300,000 babies born to teen moms  in 2012.
The teen birth rate has been falling since 1991, and has been cut in half since then.
Experts attribute the decline to a range of factors, more sex education and better access to contraception.
