Florida governor Rick Scott searching for new Lieutenant Governor

TALLAHASSEE   --  Florida Governor Rick Scott is moving slowly to find a new Lieutenant Governor

Jennifer Carroll resigned in March after being questioned about work she did for a charity.
She was accused of running an illegal gambling ring.
Governor Scott has not found a second-in-command in the five months since Carroll's resignation.
Florida's constitution says there must be a Lieutenant Governor,
However state law does not say how quickly the governor must appoint someone.
