Dietitians say many night snackers use their favorite chips, pastries and soda to unwind after a long day. They suggest a healthy dinner with ample protein and fiber to fill you up instead.
"Because they're bored or because they're just tired or because maybe they didn't get enough at dinners so they get a little hungry."
Dietitians also suggest replacing unhealthy snacks with better options such as butter less popcorn.
