Eleven year old lung transplant recipient speaks for fist time

An 11-year-old girl who received a second double-lung transplant is speaking out for the first time since her surgery.

Yes, much better, much better.
Do you feel like you're a tough little girl?
Yes.

Sarah Murnaghan's survived two lung transplants.
And after month's on a ventillator she can finally breathe without an oxygen machine.

The 11 year old's fight for new lungs changed, at least for now, national policy -- the so called under 12 rule.

A rule that gave children priority when pediatric lungs became available, but not adult lungs.

Now, Sarah is finally scheduled to go home.
