City mourns losses in train explosion

CANADA -- People in Lac-Megatic, Quebec are mourning the victims of last weekend's fiery train explosion. Today, they held a moment of silence as church bells rang out 50 times. At least 33 people were killed and dozens others are still missing.  Investigators believe the brakes failed on the train when the engineer stopped for the night. More than 70 tanker cars full of crude oil rolled out of control until the train derailed and exploded in the middle of the small town.
