Federal judge postponed BP executive trial

A federal judge is postponing the trial of a former BP executive facing charges from the gulf oil spill in 2010.
David Rainey is charged with concealing information from congress about the amount of oil spilled into the gulf.
US District Judge Kurt Engelhardt has agreed to give Rainey's attorneys more time to get ready for trial.
That trial was scheduled to start on October 14th but has been moved to March 10, 2014.
