Locals walk for peace after Zimmerman verdict

PENSACOLA -- Hundreds of people are expected to fill the streets of downtown Pensacola today to participate in a peace walk.  Nina Robinson, 14, has organized what she calls the "I am Trayvon" peace walk.
She says the 'not guilty' verdict in the George Zimmerman trial inspired her to bring people together and call for a federal review of the case.
Robinson  said,"It's like they were saying anybody can kill someone and not go to jail for it, that's what was going through my mind.”
Larry Bender, Nina's grandfather said, "She said granddaddy, I think I'm going to go ahead and do it so I'm very very proud of her you know.”
Nina has spread the word about the march through flyers and social media.
The "I am Trayvon" march will begin on Palafox starting at the corner of Jefferson Street and end at the Martin Luther King Junior Plaza. It begins at 6:00 p.m.
