AT&T and T-mobile offer new options for upgrading smartphones

If you think two years is too long to wait to upgrade your smartphone.
AT&T and T-Mobile are rolling out new options.
T-Mobile's new plan lets customers trade in their phones every six months.
The company says it charges a down payment for each upgrade, as well as a 10-dollar monthly fee to enroll in the program.
The fees are tacked onto customers' monthly bills.
AT&T's plan lets customers finance the full cost of the phone over 20 months.
The phone can be traded in after 12 payments.
