NEW DETAILS: Parasailing accident leaves two critical

PANAMA CITY BEACH   --  New details about a parasailing accident that sent two Indiana teens to the hospital.

Sidney Good and Alexis Fairchild are in critical condition.
New cell phone video shows what happened.

They were parasailing over the shore line Monday.
The rope carrying them broke .
   
Strong winds carried them toward a high-rise condo.
They collided with the condo, powerlines and several cars on their way down.

Stunned witnesses called for help.
Caller: "We are at the Commodore and a parasail just smashed into the top of it!"

Caller: "They actually hit power lines in front of the building. You're going to need two paramedic units en route."

In the past 15 years, at least 33 people have been hurt in parasailing incidents in Florida.
Six others have died.
