Former City Administrator pleads not guilty to law violation
PENSACOLA -- Pensacola's former city administrator has pleaded not guilty to violating Florida’s Public Records Law. Bill Reynolds will get a bench hearing with a judge on August 29. Reynolds was fired after the state attorney's office charged him with failure to provide public records and with releasing exempt information. The mayor's former press secretary, Derek Cosson pleaded no contest to failure to provide public records. He was fined $350. Cosson was moved to a new job, overseeing the website and citizen support hotline.
