Ernest Ward school being demolished to make way for new school

ESCAMBIA COUNTY   --  It's out with the old and in with the new.
The old Ernest Ward School house is being demolished to make way for a brand new school.

Most of the Ag building came crashing down Thursday.
Covered walkways have also been removed between the main building and the school gym.
Temporary buildings will be moved in this summer.
The current main school building will be demolished after the completion of the new school which is expected to be finished in 2016.
The price tag on the project comes to about 16 and a half million dollars.
