NEW DETAILS: Man confesses to murder, arson and sexual abuse, police say

ATMORE   --  New details in an Atmore woman's murder.
Mildred Morris' family says she not only knew her accused killer.
   
She had taken him into her home and let him stay  for free for nearly a month.   
   
Collis McCaster is charged with capital murder, arson and sexual abuse.
Firefighters were called out to Morris' home on Adams Street in Atmore just after 5 am last Saturday.
   
Once the fire was out firefighters found Morris dead inside the home.
Family members say Collis McCaster was a homeless man that Jackson was helping out.

He was someone in need and came to her,
Somebody is trying to help you and that's the way you repay them is by killing them, she didn't deserve that from anybody.

McCaster is being held in the Escambia County Alabama jail without bond.
A mobile medical examiner is working to determine the exact cause of death.
