BERTHA QUICKLY HEADING WEST-NORTHWEST

Tropical Storm Bertha formed over the Atlantic Thursday night and is heading west-northwest.  It has winds of 45 miles per hour and is not forecast to become a hurricane. The storm is not forecast to move into the Gulf of Mexico.

Exxon - Mobil oil pipeline spill

MISSOURI   --  A fresh oil spill near the Missouri- Arkansas state line has Exxon-Mobil cleaning up again.

Nearly 42 gallons spilled into a yard in Doniphan,  Missouri.
It comes a little over a month after the same pipeline spilled thousands of barrels of oil in Mayflower, Arkansas about 190 miles away.

Exxon officials say they have patched the latest leak and hope to finish repairs this week.
They are investigating the cause.
