PENSACOLA   --  The Pensacola Police Department remembered officers killed in the line of duty.
The names read one by one during a ceremony this morning.

"Glenn Rowe Austraw, 8 o'clock, February 26, 1997."
In the history of the department, 14 officers have died on the job.
They were honored this morning with special music, prayers, and a 21 gun salute.
Krista Austraw-Donohoe: "It's really nice to know that people still remember such a good person. I really appreciate the effort that goes into it so that they're remembered."
Law enforcement agencies across the country hold memorial services like this one every May.
Fort Walton Beach police and the Escambia Sheriff's office will both hold their ceremonies next Wednesday.
