ESCAMBIA COUNTY   --  A follow-up now to an officer involved shooting in Escambia County.

The State Attorney's Office now says the two deputies who shot and killed a suspect during a burglary call are justified.
Deputies Wayne Wright and Mark Smith were called to a storage business on Mobile Highway on January 27th.
The State Attorney's Office says the suspect-- Paul Thayer-- pointed a gun at one of them.
The deputies shot 13 bullets at Thayer hitting him four times.
Thayer never fired his handgun but it was loaded.
