YOUR THREE CENTS: Should Florida stay on daylight saving time permanently?

YOUR THREE CENTS   --  A new Rasmussen poll shows that many Americans don't think  "Springing forward" and "Falling back" are worth the hassle.
45 % of the people surveyed don't think changing the clocks every spring and fall is worth it.
Only 37% believe it's worthwhile.
But if one Florida lawmakers gets his way Floridians wouldn't have to.
State Senator Darren Soto has introduced a bill called the "Sunshine Protection Act" that would keep the state on Daylight Saving Time permanently.
He says Floridians' quality of life and even the economy could improve by having an hour more of sunshine in the afternoon.

Supporters say the move could boost recreation and tourism.
But some critics worry the change would be too confusing for travelers and would knock the state out of sync with the rest of the country.
