Whiting Field Change of Command
MILTON -- A Change of Command today at NAS Whiting Field in Milton.
The Commodore of Training Air Wing 5, Colonel James Grace, is retiring.
He's been leading the wing for 18 months and received the Legion of Merit medal during the ceremony.
The new leader is Captain James Fisher.
This is his third tour of duty at Whiting.
The first was when he earned his wings in 1987.
