Employment rising in parts of Escambia County
ESCAMBIA COUNTY -- Employment is rising in the Pensacola metro area, including parts of Escambia County.
According to Governor Rick Scott 4,000 jobs were created in the area in 2012 giving it the 5th highest job growth rate in the state as of January.
Unemployment fell just over 1 % during the same time frame.
