Milton tennis court specifically for kids 10 and under
MILTON -- Milton will soon be the home of the only tennis court designed for children under the age of 10 in Northwest Florida.
The court is scaled down a bit for kids.
It will be one of seven courts being constructed in Milton, next to WH Rhodes Elementary School.
Resurfacing of the courts wrapped up a few days ago.
Next, all of the courts will be marked in two-tone paint to fit adults or children and will be free to use.
Grants from the US Tennis Association helped pay for the courts and stadium lighting.
Milton Community Center staff say the courts should be open by late spring.
