Dozens of Spring Breakers arrested for underage drinking
MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla. -- Nearly three dozen spring breakers were arrested yesterday at a party for underage drinking.
Walton County deputies were investigating a noise complaint on Miami Street, in Miramar Beach.
The arrest report says they looked through the open door and saw people who looked too young drinking beer.
They arrested 30 people, all under 21 for possession of alcohol by a minor.
18-year-old, Justin Caballero, is charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, by allowing alcohol at an open house party.
Deputies say they have arrested nearly 200 spring breakers over the last 3 days.
