Carnival Cruise Dream to fly passengers home from St. Maartens

ST MAARTENS   --  Another Carnival cruise ship is experiencing problems at sea.
There are reports of power outages and overflowing toilets on the Carnival Dream.
Carnival released a statement saying the ship never lost power, "but there were periodic interruptions to elevators and toilets for a few hours."

The ship now has full power but is still docked at port at Saint Maarten, in the Eastern Caribbean.
People began getting off the ship around two p-m.
The elevators are working, we have power, we have air conditioning, the music's playing behind me. You might be able to hear it. So, it's not a triumph situation. I do want to stress that a little bit.

Carnival says an emergency generator - which powers propulsion for the ship -- failed causing the issue.
The company says it's planning on flying passengers home.
