'Operation Clean Sweep' on Mission Road
ESCAMBIA COUNTY -- Law enforcement and other agencies are teaming up right now to try and "Clean up" the streets of Escambia County.
"Operation Clean Sweep" is going on along Mission Road this morning.
Volunteers and deputies will be out cleaning up and handing out citations until mid-afternoon.
The mission of the clean sweep is to work with neighborhood watch groups, residents, churches and business owners and prevent of crime.
