FLORIDA   --  One of two Florida girls accused of bullying a classmate until she committed suicide appeared in court this morning.

12-year-old Kaitlyn Roman is facing a felony stalking charge in the death of 12-year-old Rebecca Sedwick.
Sedwick died after jumping off of a silo last month.
Investigators say the suspects tormented her online and in school for nearly a year.

Roman is due back in court next week for arraignment.
She is being represented by Jose Baez .
Baez was Casey Anthony's attorney.
A second girl accused, 14-year-old Guadalupe Shaw, did not appear in court because she filed a not guilty plea in writing yesterday.
