What do you report on at Channel 3?
He is certified by the National Weather Association....and also serves as a Channel 3 Technology, Environmental, and Science reporter.

Are you a member of the National Weather Association ?
He is certified by the National Weather Association. He joined the WEAR-TV weather team in June of 2006.

What kind of hurricane experience do you have?
Much of Tom's career has been spent along the Gulf Coast where he has seen numerous tropical storms and Hurricanes. He has flown with the "Hurricane Hunters," through some of these storms and also on training missions.

Where have you worked before joining WEAR-TV?
Tom Siler is celebrating his 35th year of presenting weather on television. He was chief meteorologist at the ABC affiliate in Tallahassee for 8 years, He has also worked as chief meteorologist at KHOU-TV in Houston, and WKRN-TV in Nashville for 8 years

Do you have a family?
Tom, his wife and 9 year old son, live in Milton, Florida
