MARY ESTHER, FL- A Fort Walton Beach man is under arrest. Accused of trying to kidnap two children.
Police say it happened on Mary Esther Cutoff.
That's where 55 year old Michael Lee Oliver allegedly told a woman he was going to take her 10 year old daughter and 9 year old niece, and pushed her out of the way.
The woman was able to keep the children safe until police arrived.
Oliver is now facing charges of attempted kidnapping, battery, and resisting arrest.Attempted Kidnapping
