SEMINOLE, ALABAMA - A Seminole, Alabama man is being held without bond, accused of raping and sodomizing a girl younger than 12.
Forty-one year old Marty Lynn Sawyer was arrested on Monday and is in the Baldwin County Corrections Center.
He has been charged with first-degree rape, and first-degree sodomy and sexual abuse of a child younger than 12.
At the time of his arrest, Sawyer was out on bail on second-degree rape and sexual abuse charges, stemming from a 2008 case.
He is scheduled to stand trial for those charges next March.
