ESCAMBIA COUNTY - Meanwhile, Escambia County sheriff's deputies are now looking for the second gunman in Jared Ortiz's murder.
That's after the other man arrested in the case, 20-year-old David Gilchrist, had all charges dropped against him yesterday.
Gilchrist was released from jail after the State Attorney's Office said Brandon Davis changed his statement.
State Attorneys say Davis originally told them both he and Gilchrist were involved in the shooting.
But since Davis changed his statement, and with no other evidence against Gilchrist, they dismissed all charges against him.
