MIRAMAR BEACH - The man accused of killing two Chilean college students in February has been found mentally incompetent to stand trial.
60 year old Dannie Baker is charged with two counts of premeditated murder for the deaths of Nicolas Torres and Racine Argandona.
He is also charged with attempted premeditated murder for wounding three other students.
Authorities say Baker went up to the window of the Miramar Beach townhome where the students were gathered and opened fire with his rifle.
