NORTHWEST FLORIDA - Northwest Florida State College has a new interim president.
The college's board of trustees approved yesterday, a six-month contract for Thomas Delaino, Pensacola Junior College's former president.
Delaino will be paid 15,000 dollars a month, and receive more than two thousand dollars each month for a housing allowance.
His contract also states that he cannot apply for the *permanent job, but Delanio's contract can be renewed each month until a new president is hired.
Right now, Jill White is the school's interim president, but she will retire in February.
Delaino will start on December 1st.
