PENSACOLA - Energy Services of Pensacola customers can expect to see their rates drop as much as 10 percent this winter.

Natural gas prices are expected to drop this winter, and customers will that reflected on their monthly bill.

ESP says the decline in natural gas prices is because of new technologies opening up previously inaccessible natural gas reserves.

ESP also says with the opening of those new reserves, natural gas prices could remain steady or even drop further over the next few years.

Man shoots himself in leg outside gun store

JUPITER, Fla. (AP) -- A man accidentally shot himself in the leg shortly after leaving a Jupiter gun store.

Police say the unidentified man went to Chuck's Guns and Ammo Monday afternoon, looking for batteries for the laser sight on a small handgun. When the man was back in his car, the gun accidentally fired, hitting him in the leg.

The man was taken to a West Palm Beach hospital for treatment.
