FLORIDA - Foreclosures are clogging the state court system, so the Florida Supreme Court is stepping in to help.
The high court formed a foreclosure task force and is recommending changes to the way lenders and borrowers handle mortgage defaults.
One recommendation is mandatory mediation between lenders and borrowers who have defaulted on their loans.
