ESCAMBIA COUNTY - There are new developments in the Billings' murder case.

The state attorney's office has made more evidence public in the case.

Included in the latest release is audio interviews from several suspects and witnesses.

Meanwhile, one of the suspects will soon have a new attorney.

Judge Nicholas Geeker allowed Donnie Stallworth's attorney to withdraw from the case.

Attorney David White told the judge that because Stallworth is facing the death penalty. The cost to prepare his defense will go up exponentially and Stallworth's family will not be able to afford his services as a result.

Judge Geeker will allow Stallworth to be appointed a public defender, if he qualifies financially.Update in Billings' Murder Case
