BALDWIN COUNTY - A Baldwin County man, who went to trial three times for the same murder, has been found "not guilty".
Today, a jury found Eric Buzbee "not guilty" on two counts of capital murder for the death of Bobby Wilson.
Buzbee was accused of beating and robbing Wilson at his service station in Spanish Fort in 2007.
Wilson died four months later.
Buzbee's first two trials ended in a mistrial.After Three Trials, Buzbee Found Not Guilty
