That's after eight dogs and cats were rescued from her home.
A warning, some of the pictures may be disturbing.

Animal cruelty officers say they found four dead cats, seven living ones, a scottish terrier and a cockatiel inside the home.

Those cats were dehydrated, emaciated, and infested with fleas.
The dog's fur was heavily matted.

Investigators also say the house was full of feces and urine and smelled of ammonia.
The home owner said she knew that two of the cats were dead...

But she didn't know about the other two.
That home owner's name has not been released.
