DUI Accident
PENSACOLA - A Pensacola man has now been charged in connection with a crash that killed his passenger back in September.
Troopers say Steven Meredith was driving south on Border Street when he went too fast around a curve at Lillian Highway and hit a guardrail.
His truck went through a fence and hit a large pipe.
His passenger, Heather Garrison-Morris died 10 days later at Baptist Hospital.
Meredith was arrested last night and is now facing seven charges, including DUI manslaughter.
He is being held on a 130-thousand dollar bond.DUI Accident
