Comment: No I do not think they should be banned from being broadcasted in general. They can be used to either identify the victims or aggressor voices if the calls are not made from a phone where the person can be tracked. The only time I believe is if the call involves violence against a child or a rape victim and then they should request premission from the parents or victim if they survived the attacks. from Niceville//Florida by NightHawk
