High School Sports: Do you believe cutting high school sports is a good way to save the state some money?
| 33.33% | Yes | |
| 66.66% | No |
Comment: No,cutting high school sports is not a goog way to save money and could in the long run cost the state more. For some of our children sports are what keep them off the streets and out of trouble. If it wasn't for sports and attending to athletic games, some of these students might be on drugs, committing crimes or end up in jail. These sports gives students a purpose and teaches them responsibility, respect and adds to their self esteem. I oppose this and hope other parents and students do the same. The state needs to concentrate on keeping our schools and extra curricular activities open and available to our children instead of robbing them of their futures. from Baker, Fl by J D
