Comment: Owners need help.. from North Miami, Fla by Peter

Comment: No I don't because it is merely postponing the inevitable. Let's face it the real estate market outfoxed itself------------putting people into homes, the industry knew full well couldn't afford. The trouble with payments is that they never seem to end, and when someone asks for a more reasonable rate, they are skolded or chastized into believing they have the problem. With that said, no problem is unsolvable, it may take a little give n' take but there is usually a solution. With our present economy and industries, I don't frankly see that happening. We've progressed ourselves to a "I got mine, the hell with you" attitude toward business. As long as that is true, we will be in a no-win situation, and the crash in 1929 will seem like Camelot. from Mary Esther, FL. by Tom

Comment: This is a case of people buying more that they can pay for. Why should everyone pay for their stupid choices? Grow up and that care of business. from milton, fl. by charlie
