Who Can Enter

1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be a U.S. resident who is 21 years of age or older and reside in the WEAR-TV viewing area.

2. Employees of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., and Sinclair Media II, Inc., which owns, programs or provides other services to television broadcast station WEAR (the "Station") their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all local television broadcast and cable stations, local radio and other media companies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren. Only one winner per household if more than one winner per contest. To be eligible, you can not have won any contest on WEAR or WFGX in the past 30 days from the end date of this promotion.

How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one qualified entry per household.

1. To enter, weekdays from August 11, 2008 to August 15, 2008, viewers will be asked to call in on a designated telephone line at a particular time during the “Three in the Morning” program which airs from 5:00 am to 7:00 am and during “Dayside” which airs from 11:00 am to 11:30 am on WEAR, Channel 3. At the time that calls are solicited, the criteria for qualifying will be announced (e.g. first caller with the correct answer, the third caller, sixth caller). WEAR will have ten (10) qualifiers.

2. Two (2) qualifiers will be selected per weekday one (1) per weekday selected from “Three in the Morning” and one (1) per weekday selected from “Dayside” for a total of ten (10) qualifiers. On August 18, 2008 one (1) grand prize winner will be randomly selected from among the ten (10) qualifiers. The contest will be judged by Station personnel, and the decision of the judges will be final as to all matters, including (i) the order in which calls were received and (ii) whether any answer required to be given is correct.

3. One or more contests may be announced from time to time. More then one contest may run simultaneously, but entries will only be solicited for one contest at a time. Station is not responsible for any telephone system failure or malfunctions or other inability of entrants to reach telephone entry line.

4. By calling the designated telephone line, each contestant gives permission to Station to record and/or broadcast contestant’s telephone call. All entries received from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries become the property of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc. and the Station.

The Grand Prize

1. One (1) grand prize winner will be selected. One (1) grand prize winner will receive two (2) five hundred dollars ($500.00) Delta gift certificate good for airfare anywhere in the United States; and one (1) parking certificate good for seven (7) days parking, value forty nine dollars $49.00. The grand prize package does not include transportation, gratuities, or any other expenses. Gift certificates our good for one (1) year and must be redeemed at the Okaloosa Regional Airport. The grand prize is valued at one thousand forty nine dollars ($1,049.00).

2. The winner will be notified by phone. Before claiming the prize, the winner must provide their correct name, address and telephone number to Station at the time of notification. The winner must sign and return a release and affidavit of eligibility, which must be received within ten (10) days of notification. The winners must show picture identification to claim prize. Station reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented.

3. If the winner cannot be notified within ten (10) days, does not return the release and affidavit of eligibility within ten (10) days, or fails to collect the prize within ten (10) days, the prize will be forfeited. If forfeited, another winner will randomly be selected from among the remaining qualifiers.

4. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes except at the sole discretion of Station. The Station has the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.

5. The winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.

6.6. Only one grand prize will be awarded.

7. Sinclair Media II, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. are not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize. The Station, sponsors, and prize provider shall not be responsible for winner’s failure to take the trip within the time frame described above, or cancellation of the trip by the winner.

8. Sinclair Media II, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.

9. In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that Sinclair Media II, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. have the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

Odds of Winning/Miscellaneous

1. Odds of winning depend on the order in which telephone calls are received.

3. For a list of prize winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to WEAR TV 3, 4990 Mobile Hwy. Pensacola, FL, 32506 by August 29, 2008.

4. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc. Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Media II, Inc., and WFGX, Okaloosa Regional Airport and Republic Parking accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.

5. Station cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.

6. Station reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates.
