Updated: Saturday, October 12 2013, 12:30 AM CDT
WASHINGTON   --   The government shutdown could affect national cemeteries both in Florida and across the country.

That's according to Kurt Rotar, the director of the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
He says that if the shutdown doesn't end by October 22nd, the Florida National Cemetery will have to cut back on burials, furlough employees, and limit the amount of groundskeeping they do to gravesites.
