National Flight Academy
The National Flight Academy and Escambia School District are teaming up to give 40 students the chance to attend an Experimental Pilot camp this summer. The deadline to apply is May 31.
The program will take place aboard the USS Ambition at the NFA from July 28-August 2, 2013.
The program will be offered to the top forty student applicants, according to identified criteria, as determined by a committee of district administrators. Applicants must currently be enrolled in the seventh, eighth, or ninth grades. Applicants must have no more than five unexcused absences this year, no serious discipline infractions, and a grade average of at least a "C." The student applicant must submit an official application containing a short essay telling his/her interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) education and why attending the NFA AIR program will help him/her in STEM pursuits.
Selectees will be notified by mail on June 14th. If your child is selected, you will be required to complete an online registration form with the National Flight Academy. Additionally, the National Flight Academy will require you to submit proof of insurance, immunization records, etc.Dollar General to hire 10,000

This survey will ask you questions regarding medications you are taking, family history of cancer, lifestyle and other behaviors. This survey should be completed prior to your appointment time.
