A North Carolina couple tied the knot on Friday at a hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina so the bride's father could attend.

Krystal and Michael Neddham were originally supposed to be married in June, but they changed the date and the location because Krystal's father, Kenneth Whitesell, is dying.
He says this was a special moment.

"This is the best day of my life.  I saw another daughter get married and I'm so glad that I was a part of it."

Whitesell has cancer, and doctors say he isn't expected to get much better.
His advice to his daughter and new son-in-law, "just take care of each other and we will all be fine."Hospital wedding

The Obama administration achieved a major victory in late June when the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 to uphold the nationwide subsidies for the Affordable Care Act. Open enrollment for 2015 is closed but people with special circumstances can still get covered on healthcare.gov.
